For tickets that are 30 days past due  and have gone to collections, you may make your payment by contacting Student Account Services at (603) 535-2215.

Parking Ticket Appeals

Parking ticket appeals may be submitted online within 10 days of the issuance date; older tickets will not be eligible. No appeal will be considered if you have any other unpaid tickets. It may take up to one business day for tickets to be available to appeal online.

At the login screen enter your citation or plate number and follow the links for appealing. Provide your full name and address (street, city, state zip), and email address. PSU students and employees should also provide their PSU ID number. Failure to provide the requested information could result in delay or denial.

Concisely explain the reason for the appeal. It should present evidence of enforcement error or extreme extenuating circumstance. It should not seek exclusion from the parking regulations.

How do I pay my ticket with cash?

All payments that are not made online or by mail must be completed at the Student Accounts Services Office. The office is located on the first floor of the Speare Building off High Street.

What happens if I don’t pay my ticket?

Any fines which go unpaid for more than 30 days will be transferred to Collections.

Once in collection, fines will double and then be billed through the Student Account Services Office.

Failure to pay fines may result in being dropped from classes, being blocked from registering for classes, or being restricted from obtaining transcripts. Your ability to graduate and credit score may also be effected.
